Fine Entertainment Launches El Corazón Investment Offering for Accredited Investors

Fine Treasure, LLC, together with Fine Entertainment as the project's operator, has launched an online Rule 506(c) Regulation D offering for El Corazón, an approximately 23,000-square-foot hospitality destination currently under construction at Treasure Island on the Las Vegas Strip. Fine Treasure, LLC is offering membership interests to verified accredited investors.

El Corazón is designed to bring several parts of a Las Vegas night into one destination. The concept combines premium Mexican dining, a substantial tequila and mezcal experience, a destination lounge, private dining, private events, convention-related gatherings, celebrations, and late-night hospitality. The venue is currently under construction.
